Tankless Water Heater Installation Services

Tankless water heaters are very popular with our Carlsbad homeowner and business clients.

They take up less space and save you money on your utility bill because it only heats the amount of water that you need to use.

In most cases, conventional water heaters heat all of your home’s hot water supply at once.

This means that they are constantly heating up and cooling down the entire system which makes them inefficient and expensive to run.

Not tankless water heaters. They only heat up when need hot water.

We can help you save money on your utility bill and have peace of mind knowing that your home is safe and comfortable.

Why you need should install a tankless water heater in your Carlsbad, Ca. home

Here are some reasons why:

1. Save Money

A tankless electric instantaneous boiler is much more efficient than a conventional electric instantaneous boiler because it only heats up when needed so there is no need for additional electricity from an outside source (like what would be required if this system was connected directly into an electrical outlet).

2. Takes up less space

They take up less space than conventional water heaters. For instance, our Panasonic model only measures 16″ x 28″. The 6.5 gallons per minute flow rate is enough for most homes with 2 to 3 bathrooms.

3. Great warranty

15 to 20 year warranty

4. Great flow rate

You should know that the flow rate is based on the number of bathrooms and the number of people using them. The amount of water that can be heated in a given amount of time is also an important factor.

This means that if you have multiple showers and toilets, then your tankless water heater will need to be larger than one with just one or two showers and toilets.

The size also plays into how much hot water you get per minute: 6.5 gallons per minute is enough for most homes with 3 to 4 bathrooms; however, if your home has more than 5 showers/toilets then we recommend raising this number up toward 7 gallons per minute (or even 8).

When it comes time for installation, our team has experience working with most brands of tankless water heaters on the market today including Rheem and Kohler, and many more!
