I just want to leave this glowing review because from start to finish this company and Nic Feoli have earned my respect and my hard earned money.. The leak happened the night before and it was towards closing time for another operations or organizations as I was calling frantically. Someone from Masters plumbing picked up the phone and just gave me a little hope. I did have to wait till the next day to get the service but we had things contained until then. Nic then came out the next morning and we immediately felt his heart towards the situation. I mean he went right to the problem, gave us our options, made sure we were okay with everything, and began to work. At the end of the work he made sure we were satisfied and he also made sure that we knew that he was honored to do what he was doing for us. So the bottom line is it's really hard to find good service, not just good service, great service. This company, their employees, make the difference. Hire them immediately. I had a pipe leak inside my wall. Nic was great. He called me to let me know when he was coming, he provided me with an estimate before he did any work, and he cleaned up before he left. Nic is friendly and professional and I'm very happy with his work. He was also able to give me a rough estimate of what it would cost to remove the rest of the wall and repair it. Nic was very quick to respond and was a pleasure to talk to! He was honest about how they charge for their services and told me they could wave the leak detection fee if it was obvious where the leak is coming from and that was exactly what he did! He also gave me a very good quote and was even willing to offer competing quote if I happened to find a better offer from someone else. Overall, the service and communication was great.
